The interest in improving training and adapting it to its objectives has led PROMERITS to develop a methodological proposal (the PROMERITS Method) that directs, carries out and guides any training curriculum to be taught, without taking into account its extension, its level or its price. The PROMERITS Method (MPRO), the result of long experience accumulated on both sides of training (training supply and demand), has been developed and tested through the triangulation of the methodological development process, from the analysis analysis of existing ones (good practices in the training market) and original processes of consultation with users of the different profiles of the expected training demand.
