We have good news at Buscoresi. We want to tell you about the scholarship that we have launched to offer help to all those who study away from home. If you want to know what it consists of and all the details, keep reading! We are sure that many of you will be interested.
What does the scholarship consist of?
We have launched a scholarship fund of €100,000, to be distributed among 100 future students who will begin their studies in a new city this coming academic year 2023-24. The objective of this scholarship is to offer a grant of 1,000€ as financial support in this new stage. We know that studying abroad is an incredible experience and you have to enjoy it to the fullest, and that is why we want to give you a hand with the accommodation costs. If next academic year (2023-24) you are going to move to another Spanish city and you are enrolled in a university in the country, apply for the scholarship that will give you the opportunity to get 1000€ to cover the costs of the next academic year.
Who is it for?
This scholarship is intended for all those students who next academic year 2023-24 will start their studies in a different city, and therefore will have to move and look for accommodation. This scholarship is for you if:
- You will study next academic year in a new Spanish city (a university degree, course, master’s degree…)
- You will enroll in a university or study center in Spain
- You are looking for accommodation in Spain
- You are looking for a place to stay in Spain
- You will look for accommodation for the next academic year in a student residence
- You will take your university entrance exam in Spain («Selectividad»)
How can you apply?
To apply for the scholarship, you only have to click to fill out the form
You will have to complete it with your name and surname, destination city, email and phone number, and that’s it! Once completed, we will send you an email and a message via Whatsapp confirming your request. You have until August 31 to send your application.
Please note that once you have applied, we will contact you again in September to complete your application with some extra information such as the university entrance qualifications based on the results of selectivity, or proof of payment of enrollment in a student residence in Spain.
Why stay in a residence hall?
There are many reasons why staying in a student residence can be beneficial. Here we tell you about them:
- Community: Staying in a student residence offers a unique opportunity to meet other students and create lasting friendships. Residences often organize social, sporting and academic activities to encourage interaction among residents.
- Comfort: Student residences offer amenities such as housekeeping, 24-hour security, laundry service and communal kitchen. All of these can make life easier and less stressful for students.
- Proximity to campus: Many residence halls are located close to the university campus, which can be a great advantage for students who want to reduce commuting time and have more time to study, socialize and participate in extracurricular activities.
- Study Environment: Residence halls often have policies that encourage a quiet study environment, which can be beneficial for students who need to concentrate and have a quiet work environment.
- Independence: Staying in a student residence can offer students the opportunity to live independently for the first time, but still have support and security.
In short, staying in a student residence can be an excellent option for students who want to have a unique and fulfilling college experience.
