Cancellation policy

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your reservation up to one month before your arrival date. Of course, you will lose the amount paid as booking fee.

We will refund the amount of the guarantee by bank transfer to the account you indicate to us. Remember that you will have to assume any bank fees for the transfer.

Cancellations less than one month in advance imply the loss of 100% of the amount paid.

Question 2

Is there cleaning service? What does it consist of?

COTOWN will be in charge of managing the periodic cleaning of the common areas of your apartment. Remember that you are responsible for maintaining order at home and keeping the kitchen and utensils clean.

You will also be responsible for the laundry and washing of sheets and towels, for which you have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal at no additional cost.

Is there parking service? How does it work?

Guest policy

Accepted Answer

You can bring guests to the apartment but they will not be able to stay overnight. To avoid bothering the rest of the friends, your visitors should not stay beyond 10 pm. In any case, always consult your colleagues before inviting friends or family to your shared apartment.

Emergency and incident policy

Our maintenance department will be in charge of solving incidents within a reasonable period of time. If the breakdown is due to misuse of the facilities, the person responsible must assume the cost of the repair.

Question 6

How are payments made?

Accepted Answer

Very easy. To pay the monthly rent, between the 1st and 5th of each month you will receive a link in your email so you can make the payment with your card. If you have chosen direct debit, you will only have to check your account and see that you are a little poorer.

Don't forget that you can also pay through your private area.

Question 7

What happens if I leave earlier than planned?

Accepted Answer

If for any reason you must leave your apartment before the end of your rental contract and you notify us one month in advance of the new departure date, the amount of the guarantee will be returned (we would deduct the difference in the rate of a rental longer to shorter if applicable).

If you give less than one month's notice of the new departure date, the guarantee will not be refunded.
