To fully confirm the reservation, the deposit must be paid prior to the student's arrival through the link provided by Coliving Students.
Payment for the first month and supplies will be made 10 days before entering. Also through the link provided by Coliving Students.
 
If the first month has been paid to the platform, it will be deducted from the payment to Coliving Students.
Payments are by credit card.

Cancellation policy

At the time of booking, the tenant has 48 hours to pay the deposit.

From the date of contract, the tenant, if he/she withdraws:
- More than 31 days before your arrival, 100% of the deposit will be returned.
- Between 30 and 16 days before your arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned.
- Less than 15 days before your arrival, you will lose the deposit.
