When you move, you are automatically included in the cleaning service. However, in the United Kingdom, towels and sheets are not provided. You must bring your own bedding when moving or purchase it, as well as some kitchen utensils.

You can receive visitors and your guest can stay for free for up to 2 nights. In that case, you must ensure that he/she registers at the reception. Your guest cannot walk alone without the company of the resident on the premises during their stay. Otherwise, if they stay for more than 2 nights, they must pay an additional cost.
