Breakfast is served between 7:00 am and 10:00 am. Within that schedule, you can go to the dining room to have breakfast. On the other hand, each room has a private dining area.

Yes, the residence has a laundry room in the building. You can use the service at any time, you just have to top up your account and start using the washing machines.

Yes, the residence includes biweekly cleaning service for the studio.

When you move in, you are automatically included in the cleaning service. However, in the United Kingdom, towels and sheets are not provided. You must bring bedding when you move in or purchase it along with some kitchen utensils.
However, you can also purchase one of our kitchen and bedding packs.

Unfortunately, the residence does not have parking in this building. However, all vita student buildings are located in central locations, with fast access to the university and public transportation.
We only have a bike parking service available.

Yes, at Vita Student we have a secure and operational mailroom that is open 24 hours, so you can pick up your packages at any time when they arrive there.

The Vita Student residences facilities are adapted for people with reduced mobility; since comfortable and suitable living environments are offered, capable of satisfying any individual need.

Instruments are allowed only if their use does not disturb the comfort and rest of the other colleagues.

You are allowed to receive visitors and your guest can stay for free for up to 2 nights. In that case, you must make sure they register at the reception. Your guest cannot wander alone without the resident's company during their stay. Otherwise, if they stay for more than 2 nights, they must pay an additional cost.

The cost of key copies in case of loss or lock changes are covered by the tenant.

Room customization is not allowed. If any damage occurs while you live in the room, you will be responsible for paying an additional cost for the repairs.

Smoking is not allowed inside the facilities, pets are not allowed, disturbing the peace of other tenants is not allowed, running in the corridors is not permitted, among other rules that you can find specified in the lease agreement.

No security deposit is charged, but in case any damage occurs while you live in the room, you will have to pay an additional cost for the repairs.

In the accommodation, you can only rent for a minimum of 44 weeks, which would be equivalent to the full course.

In case you are not accepted at the university, you can cancel the cost without any charge, except for some special cases that you must consult directly with the residence.
