If you lose your key, you must notify reception directly and request a new one at an additional cost.

Yes, you can invite someone else to the residence, but you must check the conditions and schedules with the reception.

Is there food service?

Yes, apart from the price per room you can add meal service as optional services: They are separate prices - Breakfast service (M-F): €21/month - Lunch service (M-F): €73/month - Dinner service (M-F): €73/month

Can I stay during the summer?

Yes, since the residence does not close.

What is the cost of the reservation, enrollment and/or deposit?

Place reservation: €200 (amount that is returned coinciding with the payment of the first monthly payment; if you are not admitted, consult the reservation request conditions).

Is there cleaning service? What does it consist of?

Yes, but with an additional cost Weekly cleaning of the room (ex: kitchen): €37/month

Are there parking spaces?

Yes, with an additional cost: Direct car parking: €48/month Non-direct access car parking: €32/month Motorcycle parking: €22/month

Can I personalize my room?

Yes, as long as you can return it to its original state when you leave. If not, you will be charged for any damage.

No, smoking is not allowed inside the Residence. Since the entry into force of the Anti-Smoking Law of 2011, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.

RESA Emperador Carlos V, ubicada en el Campus Universitario de Granada, con capacidad de alojamiento para más de 400 residentes, de hecho es el segundo año que mi hijo se aloja en esta residencia. Tienes sala de estudio comunitario, sala de juegos, gimnasio, comedor, cafetería, maquina expendedora de bebidas, cafés y alimentos. Felicitar a Marisol como directora del centro por su buena gestión. Destacar la profesionalidad de las recepcionistas María José y Mónica. No me dejo atrás las personas tan maravillosas y serviciales del servicio de limpieza y mantenimiento, gracias a todos por vuestro buen hacer y profesionalidad.

Esta residencia aunque pilla un poco alejada del centro tiene el campus de la cartuja justo al lado y al estar alejada del centro no se escucha el ruido de la ciudad; es un sitio tranquilo en el que se siente uno como en casa y el trato con lo trabajadores de la residencia es excelente y en cuanto a la residencia es como una gran familia en la que no existe la diferencia entre novatos y veteranos. Tiene justo al lado el comedor universitario y el monasterio de la cartuja por lo que se encuentra en una zona tranquila.
