Yes, we do have a weekly cleaning service in which the studio or twin room is cleaned, depending on the case, when the tenant requests it. The cleaning service has a cost of 78 euros for the studios and 47 euros for twin accommodations.

Yes, we have a residence that offers package pickup service for whenever you need it.

If you were not admitted to the University/educational institution for which you made the reservation. In this case, you must provide as proof the enrollment in a different province.

What happens if I leave earlier than planned?

If you request the unilateral cancellation of your contract, before the expiration of the agreed period, if with respect to the time remaining to complete the Agreed Period, you pay 50% of the remaining amount of the Contract, as compensation for the damage caused, taking into account that: You must fully pay for the month in which you leave the residence, and the penalty will be calculated based on the remaining period to finish the contract (End Date), excluding the month in which you leave the residence.
In any case, the penalty shall not be less than one (1) month nor exceed three (3) months of the amount of the Contract you contracted.

To request the cancellation of the contract, you will have to notify us in writing by sending an email to the address of your residence indicated in the contract.

No, the residence does not provide bedding or towels. In that case, you must bring them yourself, as well as your pillow and comforter.

Visits from your friends or family members are allowed; as long as there are no more than 2 visitors at once.
On the other hand, during the night, only one person can be invited to sleep in the residence. However, if they stay for more than 3 nights, you will have to pay an extra amount per night for your guest.
Additionally, in the case of shared rooms, it is not possible to invite people to spend the night.

The accommodation only allows the stay of a family member or friend for 3 consecutive nights, after this time, they will have to pay an additional cost per night.

The company has a cancellation policy, which states that the Resident must sign the contract and make the reservation by paying the Registration Fee within a maximum period of forty-eight (48) hours from the date of signing the contract, for it to be effective.

No, it does not close at any time. In the event that your contract has ended, an extension can be made. In that case, we recommend making the reservation as soon as possible so that you do not run out of availability.
