In these cases, the amount paid so far will be returned:

Non-granting of a university place within the province where the Residence is located. The refund will be managed after delivery to the Residence Administration of proof of payment of the registration fee of the University of another province in which a place has been obtained.

Failure to obtain an entry visa to Spain valid on the date of entry into the Residence.

The residence loves “furries,” but they do not allow tenants to bring pets into the building.

If you lose your room key you must notify reception immediately and request a new one at an additional charge.

Yes, as long as you can return it to its original state when you leave. If not, you will be charged for any damage.

No, smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Since the entry into force of the Anti-Smoking Law of 2011, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.
