Residencia Universitaria Nuestra Señora del Rosario

The Ntra. Sra. del Rosario University Residence is a female residence for university students in order to provide them with accommodation, with a good study and coexistence environment that will help the residents achieve their academic goals.

The Ntra. Sra. del Rosario University Residence is located in the heart of Madrid, next to Serrano Street and Paseo de la Castellana. Our environment is privileged, located in one of the best areas of Madrid, thus guaranteeing easy and quick access to various means of communication that allow residents to travel in a short time to the different Universities, Business Schools or Study Centers. Also to the airport and the main train stations: Atocha or Chamartín.

We firmly believe that quality accommodation and adequate services (dining room, laundry, cleaning, etc.) help with university projection. For this reason, we take care of both the rooms (all individual with their own bathroom and study area) and the common areas at all times.

And above all we take care of the environment. That is why we strive to provide friendly, close and personalized treatment to the residents and we try to transmit this treatment to all those who share the residence.
