In these cases, the amount paid so far will be returned:

Non-granting of a university place within the province where the Residence is located. The refund will be managed after delivery to the Residence Administration of proof of payment of the registration fee of the University of another province in which a place has been obtained.

Failure to obtain an entry visa to Spain valid on the date of entry into the Residence.

What happens if there is a damage or unforeseen event in the room?

The maintenance team is always available if something on your floor breaks or doesn't work. You just have to fill out a maintenance request form and hand it in at reception.

No, during the summer the residence will only be open until July 31, 2022.

There are no entry and exit times, but there are rules to respect the silence of others.

Can you smoke?

No, smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Since the entry into force of the Anti-Smoking Law of 2011, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.
