The residence has a cancellation policy in which you will only be refunded the security deposit if the student does not secure a spot at the university/school and provides the proof within three days after receiving the information, or if the residence is unable to fulfill the accommodation request made at the time of booking. In this sense, if you leave before the end of the contract, a refund of the security deposit will not be possible.
