Residencia Santa María de la Cabeza
The "Santa Mª de la Cabeza" University Residence is a public center dependent on the Provincial Council of Toledo, built in 1990 on the old site of the Children's Home, in the heart of the Jewish neighborhood in the historic center of Toledo, giving one of its facades to the Synagogue of Samuel Levi and another on the ledge of the Tagus River, with two terraces that hang over the river.
This residence was created in order to house students enrolled at the University of Castilla La Mancha, Toledo Campus, and who for reasons of their studies have to travel from their family homes.
Under the superior values of freedom, justice, equality and pluralism, the primary purpose of the "Santa Mª de la Cabeza" University Residence is to collaborate in the personal, cultural, academic and social formation of these students.
