The beds come with a mattress cover, a cover to cover liquids, a pillow and a quilt. If you want, you can order as an extra a fantastic bed pack (fitted sheet, middle sheet, pillowcase) and an incredible towel pack (small towel, medium towel and large towel).

What happens if there is a damage or unforeseen event in the room?

To report any type of breakdown or damage that may occur in the room, you must notify it so that the residence staff can repair it. It is not necessary for you to be in the room, they will be able to access it.

Can I bring guests?

At Mi Casa Inn we are open regarding the visits that our innsiders may have. You can receive visitors during the established hours, without any problem, whether they are friends, cousins, parents, siblings, or a boyfriend... In terms of overnight stays, any of them can stay for up to 3 nights (we can make an exception regarding the duration when you indicate it and we assess the situation), as long as you let us know (via email to info@micasainn.com). The reason for notifying us is to have strict control over the people staying at the residence and also to be able to inform a guest if there is someone in the residence whom they don't know and whose presence seems strange, and let them know that it is a guest of another innsider and that there is no problem. The only exception is parents, who are not allowed to stay overnight in the residence. This is because the age profile of the residents is undergraduate or postgraduate students and young professionals, and we have to consider that other guests may not feel comfortable with the parents of other guests staying in the residence. This is the reason why overnight stays for parents are not allowed, but they can still visit during the day.

What happens if I lose my room key?

In case of loss of your room key or the key to the kitchen locker (locker), you must contact the staff of MI CASA INN to request another card. In the case of loss of the locker key (locker), you must request a new one from the cleaning staff.

Please remember that the cost for loss of card or locker key is €10, which must be paid at the time of delivery.

Of course you can decorate it to your liking, but you must leave it exactly as you found it, otherwise there may be additional charges for any damage caused.

How is payment made?

Fees for the academic year may be paid through one of these two methods:

Single payment. This modality will be applied as long as a minimum of 8 months are paid in a single payment and there will be a 5% discount per month on the total payment. This will be done in a single deposit within 48 hours. after signing the contract by bank transfer or a cash deposit at the bank.

Monthly payment. The rental payment will be paid monthly from the first to the fifth of each month by bank transfer, by cash deposit in the bank or with a debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) through online payment. For each day of delay in the monthly payment you must pay the amount of ten euros (€10).

Can you smoke?

No, smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Since the entry into force of the Anti-Smoking Law of 2011, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.
