Visit the Alhambra

The Alhambra is an architectural marvel that takes people back to the Nasrid kingdom, where years of history are known. You won’t get tired of visiting it when living in Granada.

Carrera del Darro is one of the most photographed streets in Granada. As it is a picturesque walkway that leads from the Plaza Nueva to the Paseo de los Tristes right at the foot of the Alhambra and the Albaicín, next to the Darro River.

The route of the Calle Elvira runs parallel to the Gran Vía in Granada, so it is what divides the Albaicín neighbourhood from the city centre, connecting the Elvira arch with the Plaza Nueva.

This street is of great charm for the residents, you can’t miss it when living in Granada, because it is full of small shops where you can buy various souvenirs. The area is authentic where people go to drink tea in any of the countless tea shops that are located on one side and the other until the end of the street.
