Welcome to the Paseo de Gracia by Lestonnac university student residence!

This residence is a private institution created to offer a welcoming, comfortable space where students of different ages and nationalities can coexist, always in a family, respectful and study environment for personal development.

We have a small number of places (60 rooms) distributed in 3,000 square meters of facilities, which allows us to offer personalized service to the student and a pleasant coexistence between residents.

We are located in a residential neighborhood in the center of Barcelona, in one of the most attractive residential areas of the city and very close to one of the main university areas of the city.

The residence is surrounded by parks and gardens and has all the services that university life requires as well as different public transport with excellent communication with the different universities, libraries, cultural and leisure spaces.
