Our private rooms are designed for young professionals with all expenses included. Your contract includes cleaning service, Wifi, furniture, equipped kitchen, a washing machine, dryer, iron, dishwasher, and much more. All our apartments are fully equipped! You just have to worry about bringing your suitcase with your belongings, the rest is on us.

All expenses for electricity, water, gas, cleaning, or maintenance are included in the price, no surprises. The apartment has 6 rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms, and a living room.
