Yes. As the name indicates, residents must be students and must be studying full-time or part-time and prove it.

The residence does not allow pets. Not even that pretty fish in its tank. However, assistance dogs are welcome. Consult the residence for any questions.

What is the cost of the reservation, enrollment and/or deposit?

Registration: The registration fee is €100, and must be paid within a maximum period of 48 hours after signing the reservation request form.
Security deposit to guarantee LIV Student accommodation with the previous promotions, a deposit of €800 must be paid within a maximum period of 20 days after signing the contract.
* Amount that will be returned at the end of the stay, provided that no damage occurs during it.
* The registration fee and deposit will only be refunded in the event of not obtaining a place in Barcelona.

Can I bring guests?

Sporadic visits from a family member or friend are allowed during the day, but the reception team must always be notified (both the arrival and departure of said person). During the night they are not allowed.

Yes, as long as you can return it to its original state when you leave. If not, you will be charged for any damage.

All common areas of the shared apartments are cleaned weekly by the residence team, you will still need to keep your room, bathroom and common areas clean and tidy, as well as have everything put in the dishwasher and take out the trash and the recycling in appropriate bags.

The maintenance team is always on hand at the residence to resolve any incident that may arise during your stay.

Is there care and surveillance staff 24 hours a day?

All LIV Student residences are operational 24 hours a day – there is always someone from the team in the residence who you can contact in case of any situation. In addition, the residence has a closed circuit camera circuit.

You can move in from the date agreed in your contract.

For the 2022-2023 academic year, the entry date is from September 1.

There are no entry and exit times, but there are rules to respect the silence of others.

No, smoking is not allowed inside the Residence. Since the entry into force of the Anti-Smoking Law of 2011, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.
