Who can live in the residence?

Anyone who turns 18 during the year of stay and is enrolled as a student in an educational institution can live in any of the Vita Student buildings in Spain.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 10 months.

What happens if I am not accepted to the university?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel at no cost until August 16, 2022 if you are denied a visa to study in Spain or if you are denied a place to enter university. In order to cancel your booking outside the cooling-off period due to a refusal of a visa or a university place, you must provide the residence with appropriate written evidence of any of these circumstances within 48 hours of being informed of them. . In order to cancel outside of these terms, you must find a student to replace you, taking charge of your contract and the payment of the accommodation contract (you will remain responsible for all payments until you find a replacement). If your cancellation request is accepted for any of the above reasons, any advance payment of the Hosting contract will be refunded in full to the same account from which the payment was made.

Pets Allowed?

No, the residence does not allow pets to share a room with you at Vita Student.

What happens if I lose my room key?

Access to your room is with a key card. In case of loss you must immediately notify the residence reception.

Can I bring guests?

Guests are accepted during the day as long as they register at the reception. Guests have to leave the facilities at 11 p.m.

They can stay overnight paying an additional cost, 20% of the weekly cost of the contracted room. This price is paid per night.

The first two nights your guest stays are free!

Is there food service?

All rooms have a kitchen area and the monthly accommodation price includes packed breakfast from Monday to Friday. The residence has Master Chef kitchens and offers free tea and coffee. If you prefer, the residence offers half board and/or full board service. Each week you can design your menu from a wide variety of seasonal dishes and options for all needs (gluten-free, allergen-free, vegan, etc.) and they bring it directly to the building.

Is there cleaning service? What does it consist of?

Yeah. Weekly cleaning service is included in the rent. The residence team will clean the floors, kitchen countertops and bathroom surfaces so you can continue enjoying your home. However, they will not organize your belongings or wash your dishes to respect your privacy.

The residence has a fantastic location, close to the main universities and very well connected to public transport. It also has a limited number of parking spaces for motorcycles and people with reduced mobility.

Does the residence provide sheets and towels?

Bed linen and bath towels are included as standard in the residence and at no additional cost. This includes 2 towels (one bath and one hand), sheets, comforter, duvet cover, 2 pillows and their covers. These items will be waiting for you in your room when you arrive.

All VITA residences are protected with 24/7 CCTV. In addition, they also have 24-hour staff. There is also a key card entry system in each building and apartment.

Payment can be made in the following ways:

- A single payment.
- 2 payments.
- 4 payments.

You cannot pay monthly.

The tuition cost is equal to the first 2 weeks of the monthly price.
