Who can live in the residence?

The residence offers accommodation for students of all genders and nationalities enrolled in any higher education course in Spain.

What is the minimum stay?

-You can reserve a room for a single month

-You can reserve a room for a single semester either from September to January or from February to June, with the possibility of extending your stay in July and August.

-You can stay during the entire academic year from September to June (10 months), with the possibility of extending your stay in July and August.

What happens if I lose my room key?

At XIOR COLLBLANC we do not give a key, your fingerprint will allow you to access the residence, room and other common areas.

In all accommodation options you can add our full board from Monday to Sunday, but if you prefer to prepare your own food, you can choose one of our Studios that are equipped with a kitchen.

Additionally, during exam time or when students need it, we prepare food for them to take to the university.

Yes, the residence has parking spaces with an additional cost:
-Parking for your car: €110 (course, semester, monthly)
-Parking for your motorcycle: €60 (course, semester, monthly)

Notify the residence staff who will be responsible for taking note of the incident so that those responsible for maintenance can correct it as soon as possible.

Our residence is open 365 days a year. We only close the restaurant for a few days at Christmas, check the exact dates at the reception.

No, smoking is not allowed inside the Residence. Since the entry into force of the Anti-Smoking Law of 2011, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.

It is a "served buffet" service that consists for lunch of 3 first course options, 2 second course options with 2 side dishes to choose from and 3 dessert options, as well as cutlery, water and bread service.

Located on floor -1 you will find our laundry room. Using it is very easy, you just have to download the APP and follow the instructions, the price of each washing and drying cycle is €2.50 and our washing machines already have soap and fabric softener so you don't have to add it yourself.

Yes we have, we collect the packages from the reception and we notify you so you know that the package has arrived
