Es una residencia con todo tipo de lujos tales como: El wifi, funciona a las mil maravillas y te permite estudiar y descargarte cualquier tipo de archivo que necesites para la universidad en un momentito de nada. Hay cámaras por toda la residencia, lo que hace que la intimidad sea la gran virtud de este sitio. Los conserjes enseguida pueden ver lo que estas haciendo e ir a hacerte una visita para decirte que tienes un parte. Los detectores de humo están en perfecto funcionamiento. Con el humo de un simple cigarrito salta el detector. El agua del comedor es de mineralización muy débil, es sanísima! La sala de TV cuenta con un proyector de cine HD que hace que puedas disfrutar de cualquier programa de tv cuando quieras. La calefacción llega a todos los sitios, haciendo que tanto las habitaciones mas retiradas de la caldera como las mas cercanas tengan una buena temperatura. En resumen, en esta residencia se esta tan a gusto que nunca he pensado en cambiarme a un piso.
