In 1981, we founded the EASO Student Residence on the top floor of a building on Gran Vía in Madrid.

Our accommodation model is shared apartments for between 6 and 13 students. Each student has their own room and shares bathrooms and kitchen.

One of our requirements was that the residence be located in the center of the city. We are currently in the area of Gran Vía, Sol and Ópera

Close to bars, museums, parks, universities... so that students would not waste time or money on transportation and could make the most of their time.

This accommodation cannot be booked through Mati

Residencia en el centro de Madrid, en la gran vía, se compone de varias habitaciones en dos pisos, planta 7 y 8 de un edificio señorial de Madrid, con cocina y servicios comunes para las habitaciones, son de varios tamaños según precio, bastante limpio y cuidado, la gerencia es atenta.

Vivir en Residencias Easo es ganancia por donde lo mires : por su ubicación en pleno centro madrileño, estas conectado a todas las líneas de acceso posibles, metro, bus, taxis y a nivel seguridad: con el sube y baja de gente a toda hora, policías, patrullas, te sientes muy pero muy a gusto.
