Given its location, it has excellent communications, since very close are the main accesses to the bus, metro and Renfe Cercanías networks, from which you can easily move throughout the city.

The Vitium Arenal II student apartment has been recently renovated with a modern and avant-garde design. It has 14 spacious and bright rooms, all of them equipped with excellent window insulation to offer maximum tranquility.
