La residencia es un sitio tranquilo, esta cerca del centro comercial, la universidad, el club de tenis, es decir, tiene una buena ubicación, y los servicios son bastante buenos, tiene 2 salas de televisión, una sala de estudio, un gimnasio, piscina, comedor, cafetería, sala de villar y Ping pong... yo lo veo como mi propia casa.
