ESTUHOME is your new home in Madrid and during the school year, it is an exclusively female residence.

We want you to feel at home, that's why we have created a pleasant home where you can enjoy your university years.

NEWLY RENOVATED

We opened ESTUHOME in June 2015 after a complete renovation, with which we want you to feel at home.

HOMEMADE FOOD

Our menu will be as healthy and balanced as possible. We have vegan, celiac menus and picnic options.

UNIVERSITY AREA

Very close to the prestigious universities of Comillas (ICADE - ICAI) CUNEF, Camilo José Cela University, CEU, Saint Louis, Complutense University...

IN MADRID CENTER

Located in the heart of Madrid, we are in a very well-connected area, with many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.

BEDROOMS

We have a total of 16 rooms, there are doubles or singles. You can share the room with another roommate or have one to yourself.

SOLARIUM TERRACE

We have a 25 m2 terrace with sun and shade areas, tables, chairs, sun loungers and showers so that our residents are very comfortable.
