The La Inmaculada de Madrid Student Residence is located in one of the safest areas of Madrid, Colonia El Viso, in the Chamartín district, located in the northeastern area of the city of Madrid, between Paseo de la Castellana and the Serrano Street, next to the Santiago Bernabeu Football Stadium.
El Viso owes its name to the historic colony built by architect Rafael Bergamín Gutiérrez. The neighborhood portrays an example of Madrid rationalism, as did some buildings of the Faculties of the University City at the time.
In the El Viso neighborhood we find houses, many of which were inhabited by intellectuals of the time. Currently the neighborhood includes the former Parque Residencia and Iturbe IV colonies.
The University Residence is very well connected to the main Universities, Study Centers and Business Schools in the city.
Just over a 5-minute walk away is the Santiago Bernabéu Metro stop and just over 10 minutes away is the Nuevos Ministerios, Concha Espina, República Argentina and Cruz del Rayo Metro and Cercanías stops.
