The Montepríncipe University Residence is a young, new space, nestled in a unique natural environment within the prestigious Montepríncipe urbanization.

Our goal is to offer a quality stay in which the resident feels at home with an optimal environment for studying and thus being able to achieve their academic achievements.

We meet all the necessary requirements for this: spacious, bright and equipped individual rooms for study and rest, a varied and careful diet with fresh and seasonal foods, spaces where you can study and concentrate, a gym where you can experience sports, leisure areas where to rest, outdoor areas, swimming pool and multipurpose room for conferences or where to develop cultural interests.

For us, healthy living is very important, so we will organize discussions with nutritionists and food experts, we will participate in sports tournaments, we will organize solidarity races and many more activities that offer students a diverse, positive and connected environment with actions that will guide them. to a more collaborative and successful professional future.
