Yes, it is located in the building so you can use it whenever you need it during your stay.

Yes, room cleaning is once a week and common areas are cleaned every day, several times. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.

In these cases, the amount paid so far will be returned:

Non-granting of a university place within the province where the Residence is located. The refund will be managed after delivery to the Residence Administration of proof of payment of the registration fee of the University of another province in which a place has been obtained.

Failure to obtain an entry visa to Spain valid on the date of entry into the Residence.

Yes, they have staff available 24 hours a day, so if you ever need anything, a member of the resident team can help you, day or night.

The reception team is always available to collect packages and certificates, so you never miss a delivery. They also send you an email reminder when your package is ready for pickup.
