Who can live in the residence?

To stay in the residence, students must be at least 16 years old and you must have parental permission upon arrival. If you want to book a semester stay, you must present proof of registration.

No, the residence does not allow pets, with the exception of guide dogs.

The residence has a shared kitchen and also the option to purchase meal cards (Meal Bundles), which are available and can be purchased after booking or directly at the hotel reception. The cards include 10 (€75 per month) or 20 meals (€140) that you can use at any time, for as many meals as you want each day. When you redeem a meal, it is crossed off on your card. Drinks are not included.

Can I personalize my room?

Accepted Answer

Yes of course. You just have to keep in mind that the furniture is fixed to the floor and/or walls, so it cannot move. Also you can't drill holes in the walls.

The rooms have quite large boards on which you can pin your posters and notes. The use of large appliances such as washing machines, dryers, kitchen appliances, radiators or refrigerators is not permitted. When you leave the room, you should remove all furniture, so make sure it is not too uncomfortable.

What is the cost of the reservation, enrollment and/or deposit?

When you reserve a room you must pay a deposit, which is calculated during the reservation process. Typically, the deposit is equal to one month's rent and will be returned within 4-6 weeks after departure if everything is in order with the room and payments. Keep in mind that your deposit is independent of the first month's payment.

Is there cleaning service? What does it consist of?

Yes, monthly room cleaning and change of bed linen are included. Surfaces in the shared kitchen are cleaned regularly and all common areas are cleaned daily.

Is there laundry in the residence?

Yes, the residence has a laundry room with several washers, dryers and ironing boards that you can use at any time at no additional cost. Detergent and fabric softener are included.

How is payment made?

You will receive a payment link, where you can attach your card number with the required details and proceed with payments. Additionally, you can also make payment directly at reception.

Yeah! All guests have a personal mailbox. Mail will be delivered directly to reception, sorted and distributed every morning. We will notify you when we receive a package for you at reception.

Can you smoke?

No, smoking is not allowed inside the Residence. Since the entry into force of the Anti-Smoking Law of 2011, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.
