Yes, you can have instruments but you must play them with consciousness, respecting the rest time and study time of the other residents.

Breakfast is served between 7:00 am and 10:00 am. Within that time frame, you can go to the dining room to have breakfast. On the other hand, each room has a private dining area.

Yes, the residence has a laundry room in the building. You can use the service at any time, you just have to recharge your account and start using the washing machines.

You can receive visits and your guest can stay for free for up to 2 nights. In that case, you must ensure that they register at the reception. Your guest cannot wander alone without the company of the resident on the premises during their stay. Otherwise, if they stay for more than 2 nights, they must pay an additional cost.
