Blanquerna is a university center in Barcelona, co-founder of the Ramón Llull University and has three faculties: the Faculty of Communication and International Relations (Located in Raval), the Faculty of Psychology, Education and Sports (Located in Sant Gervasi-La Bonanova) and Health Sciences (With a campus in Eixample).
If you want to study at the Faculty of Communication and International Relations, El Raval and the Gothic Quarter are the best areas to find your university residence. If you live in one of these two central neighborhoods of Barcelona, you are not only a stone's throw from relevant places such as the Dalí Museum or the Barcelona Cathedral, but you can also walk to the faculty. The journey on foot from any point in Raval or the Gothic Quarter will not take more than 20 minutes.
Students of the Faculty of Psychology, Education and Sports must find university residences in the areas of Putxet, Sant Gervasi-Galvany, Vacallarca i els Penitents and La Salut, all located in the northern area of Barcelona. From Putxet you can walk to the university in just 15 minutes. If you choose Sant Gervasi-Galvany, you can get around by bus. La Salut is also a comfortable option, although the journey is a little longer (42 minutes).
If you are going to study at the Faculty of Health Sciences, look for university residences in Guinardó, Clot, Vila de Gracia or San Martí, from Guinardó it only takes 18 minutes to get to class. If you live in El Clot, the best way to get there is by bus, the trip takes about 19 minutes. It takes less than 20 minutes to get to the faculty from Vila de Gracia by bus or metro. From Pere IV it can be reached in 36 minutes by tram and bus.
Blanquerna is the only private university in Catalonia and Barcelona with the recognition of the Campus of International Excellence. It is a university with a humanist and Christian background that has almost more than two thousand agreements with companies to carry out internships.
