Who can live in the residence?

AMRO Estudiantes offers accommodation for students of all genders and nationalities enrolled in any higher education course in Spain.

*Note: If you are a minor before moving with us, your legal guardian, mother or father, will be able to make the reservation for you.*

What is the minimum stay?

The residence has different types of stays, the full course (more than 4 months) and the intermediate for stays longer than one month. For group, short and/or summer stays, contact the residence.

What is the cost of the reservation, enrollment and/or deposit?

Are there parking spaces?

Accepted Answer

Yeah. The residence has free parking service for motorcycles and scooters and with an additional cost for cars (€80/month) and motorcycles (€40/month).

What happens if I am not accepted to the university?

Accepted Answer

The reservation cancellation conditions and deposit refund policy are detailed from the beginning of the reservation process in the reservation conditions. If you have any questions about canceling your reservation and/or opting for a refund, contact the residence staff.

In any case you must send an email to the residence notifying the cancellation. You can also cancel the reservation by directly emailing the residence manager, you can find his email address on the residence page.

Pets Allowed?

Pets are not allowed to enter the residence.

What happens if I lose my room key?

If you lose your room key you must notify the reception immediately and request another one at an additional charge.

Can I bring guests?

Accepted Answer

You can have visitors, they will simply have to register at the reception, however, if your visitor is going to stay overnight, you will have to consult with someone from the residence team beforehand and make the appropriate reservation.

Is there food service?

Yeah. The residence has additional half board or full board service. Dining room: Half Board €190/month (includes breakfast and lunch or dinner from Monday to Friday). Full Board €280/month (includes breakfast, lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday). The maintenance service is contracted by quarters. The change must be notified by e-mail 20 days before the end of the first quarter. Dining room prices may vary from January 2023, according to changes in the CPI.

What happens if there is a damage or unforeseen event in the room?

The residence team will help you resolve any maintenance tasks that may need to be carried out in your room. Please contact the front desk to let them know if there is a problem with your room.

Can I stay during the summer?

The residence offers rentals in summer. This would be a separate contract from the standard contract that covers the academic year including holidays. Check with the residence staff about the availability of rooms in summer and if there is any offer so that you can stay for twelve months, whether you renew for the next course or not.

Is there cleaning service? What does it consist of?

At AMRO Estudiantes, the cleaning staff cleans and maintains the common areas. This service is included in the rate. Remember that cleaning your room and changing sheets and towels will be done once a week. However, you can request an extra cleaning service for your room with the residence staff for an additional charge.

The residence has an opening date in January 2023, but you can make your reservation now.

There are no entry and exit times but there are rules to respect the silence of others.

Yes, there is a laundry with a large number of washers and dryers that you can use 24 hours a day.

Yes, the service of sheets and towels and the weekly change is included in the rent for stays of a full course or longer than a month.

No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facilities, except in specifically designated areas outside.
