Our private rooms are designed for young professionals with all expenses included. Your contract includes cleaning service, Wifi, furniture, equipped kitchen, a washing machine, dryer, iron, dishwasher, and much more. All our apartments are fully equipped! You just have to worry about bringing your suitcase with your belongings, the rest is on us.

All expenses for electricity, water, gas, cleaning, or maintenance are included in the price, no surprises. The apartment has 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower), 1 kitchen, 1 living room, and 4 bedrooms.

Its residential areas are very quiet and have parks to practice sports or read quietly, such as Parque Gaudí, Jardines de la Industria, and Jardines de Antoni Puigvert. It has several bus and metro options that will connect you to the rest of the city. If you take the metro station in front of the basilica and one more up (Hospital de Sant Pau), you can be in Placa Universitat in 10 minutes and on Las Ramblas in 20.
