Our private rooms are designed for young professionals with all expenses included. Your contract includes cleaning service, Wifi, furniture, equipped kitchen, a washer, dryer, iron, dishwasher, and much more. All our apartments are fully equipped! You just have to worry about bringing your suitcase with your belongings, we take care of the rest.

All expenses for electricity, water, gas, cleaning or maintenance are included in the price, no surprises. The apartment has 10 bathrooms (8 of them shared), 2 kitchens, 1 living room, and 14 rooms and a terrace. Rooms 6 and 10 have a private bathroom.
